Korg's LP-180 digital home piano is the perfect combination of playability and affordability that  pianists desire.
A stylish build that includes a piano stand with a top down cover, which is quite impressive as not many manufacturers include this, the LP-180 is a fine addition to any home. Measuring approx. 53 x 10” x 30”, the LP-180 should fit into most spaces with ease, and at just over 23kg it is easy enough to move around.

Natural Weighted Hammer Action (NH) keyboard is accurately weighted like a traditional piano, with a heavier touch in the lower ranges and becoming progressively lighter in the higher registers. Selectable velocity with the Key Touch Control function lets you tell the piano how to respond to you and your playing style.

The 120-note polyphony gives you a full, natural representation of included 10 sounds. The most impressive of these are undoubtedly the two acoustic piano offerings, which really do sound like a grand piano, producing a classic sound that is hard to come by in many digital pianos. The other sounds including two electric pianos, two organs, a vibraphone, clavichord, and strings.
Built-in chorus and reverb effects give you the ability to shape each sound.
Use the MIDI output to access sound patches from a standalone module or interface with a computer and use the LP-180 as a controller for your virtual instruments.

LP-180 comes standard with the same three-pedal unit as an acoustic piano: damper, soft, and sostenuto. The damper and soft pedals also support half-pedal operation, allowing you to express the nuances that are important when practicing classical piano.
There are two headphone connections allowing two people to listen at once – great for a teacher-student situation in an environment where a lesson might disturb others.
